2. Do we provide customized decoration themes?
Yes, we specialize in personalized decoration themes as per your preferences, venue, and budget. You can share your ideas or let us design a unique theme for you.

3. How can I book your services?
You can book us by calling, sending a WhatsApp message, or filling out the enquiry form on our website. A 10% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

4. What areas do you serve?
We are based in Delhi and serve Rohini, East Delhi, North Delhi, and surrounding areas. For outstation bookings, please contact us directly.

5. Do you provide decoration for home events?
Yes, we offer elegant and space-friendly decoration setups for house functions like Haldi, Mehandi, pooja, birthdays, and anniversaries.

6. Can I make changes to the booking after confirmation?
Yes, minor changes can be made depending on availability. We recommend informing us at least 48 hours in advance.

7. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund of your advance. Refund percentages reduce as the event time approaches. (Refer to our Cancellation Policy page for details.)

8. Is transportation and setup included in the pricing?
Yes, our pricing typically includes delivery, installation, and removal. Any exceptions will be clearly communicated during booking.

9. Do you use fresh flowers or artificial ones?
We use both, based on client requirements. You can choose from fresh flowers, artificial arrangements, or a mix of both.

10. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak wedding season.
