Payments, Cancellations and Refund Policy

At White Green Decors, we accept all major forms of online payments including UPI, bank transfers, digital wallets, and credit/debit cards for your convenience. To confirm any booking, we require a minimum advance payment of 10% of the total service cost. This advance secures your date and allows us to begin preparatins.

The remaining payment must be made in full at the time of handover of the final decor setup. Please ensure that all payments are cleared as per the agreed terms to avoid any last-minute delays or service interruptions.

Cancellation And Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties while covering the cost of preparations already made. Please find the cancellation terms below:

✅ Cancellation made more than 48 hours before the event – You will receive a 100% refund of the advance amount paid.

✅ Cancellation made between 24 to 48 hours before the event – You will receive a 50% refund of the advance amount.

✅ Cancellation made between 12 to 24 hours before the event – You will receive a 25% refund of the advance amount.

❌ Cancellation within 12 hours of the event – No refund will be provided, as materials and labor are already committed by this stage.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2–3 business days. For rescheduling, please contact us at the earliest – we’ll do our best to accommodate your requestOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
